Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be actually applied.
1-day conference registration fees are not available.
VIRTUAL MEETING
The meeting will also be streamed live online on our YouTube channel.
A few days before the meeting, we will send the links to follow the live session, which will be available for a few days on YouTube and later on our website www.evrsociety.org.
CANCELLATION POLICY
From the date of booking to 90 days prior to the event 100% of the total amount.
